Tray Exchange Policy
We provide our customers with a tray exchange. There is a $5.00 fee on your first order to cover the cost of the trays. When you are finished with your tray, we will pick up the tray (coco coir and all) and exchange it with your next order of fresh microgreens..

If desired, we provide hydroponic nutrient solution to go with our microgreens. We can exchange this item as well depending on your usage it may need to happen with each tray. Typically a 1 gallon or 1/2 gallon food safe container, store in a cool dry place to ensure stability of nutrients.

We sell unharvested live microgreens, which puts the harvesting and care of your tray on you! Doing a tray exchange allows us to eliminate waste associated with packaging, and fresh live plants last longer and don't need refrigeration.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your tray of microgreens and you have not consumed more than half the contents of the tray, we will refund your money 100%.
